I had ChatGPT suggest a recipe using leftovers in my fridge.
I basically kept its suggestion as-is, with just a few small tweaks.
Here's what I asked it. I wrote "chicken," but only realized afterward that it was actually pork.
I have tomato, eggplant, enoki mushrooms, egg, and chicken in my fridge. I'd like to make just one main dish — what would you suggest? It's fine if some of these ingredients don't get used.

Ingredients
- Enoki mushrooms
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 large eggplant
- Pork
- Garlic
- Chili pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Steps
Prep

Sprinkle salt over the pork.
Slice the eggplant into 1cm rounds, cut the tomato into rough cubes, and separate the enoki mushrooms by loosening the base with a fork and splitting them into three portions.
Cook the meat
Cook the pork in a small amount of olive oil.

Cook the vegetables
Sear the eggplant in a generous amount of vegetable oil.
Once it's absorbed the oil nicely, add the other vegetables along with minced garlic.

Combine everything
Once the meat and vegetables have picked up a light sear, mix them together.
Add 100cc of water, torn-up chili pepper, two pinches of salt, a bit of pepper, and one bay leaf.
Cover and simmer over low-to-medium heat for 5 minutes.

Done!
